ever since i made my gluten free pączki recipe, i’ve been trying to find an excuse to make another gluten free donut because they were just that good (seriously, ask my mama & tata)
i am a huge fan of cosmic crisp apples & after going grocery shopping & buying a ton, i became inspired to use them in a recipe! i know apple fritters are autumn-coded, but shhhhh
these apple fritters are fluffy, golden, loaded with spiced apple filling, & topped with a vanilla bean glaze. they’re crispy on the outside, soft & yeasted on the inside, & so so good. better than a regular donut tbh 𐔌՞. .՞𐦯
